Therapy can be an effective treatment for many of life’s problems – especially for those when nothing you’ve done seems to help, or when your own coping skills stops working or becomes far less effective than they were in the past. 


You don’t have to be diagnosed with a mental health problem to benefit from therapy. Many people seek therapy for concerns such as relationship problems, job stress, healing from childhood trauma, or self-doubt.


I treat adults with concerns and issues such as:
