Family therapy can help heal family pain.  It can be used to help a family through a difficult period of time, a major transition, or mental or behavioral health problems in family members. Family therapy can help build stronger family bonds, resolve conflict and help establish healthy communication skills among family members. 


I help families with:

  • Building stronger family bonds 

  • Parental and child conflict

  • Sibling or peer bullying

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Teaching coping and life skills (teaching college-age kids and young adults how to “adult”)

  • Working with school personnel with issues such as bullying and peer conflict
